Terms and conditions for property investments and purchases vary depending on each investment, development or property, and the contract will normally be between the client and the developer. Please refer to the details of the particular deal. Terms and conditions for use on this web-site are currently under development and will be online in due course.

Referral Programme
Your referral client must provide your referral number at the time of registering interest in a property deal. All referral fees will only be paid out on successful completion of a referred client deal. In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, CPPI will not be able to keep you fully updated as to the status of the purchase process of your referred client – we will notify you on completion of the deal.
