
Hi! I’m John Thornely, founder of Compass Point Property Investments (CPPI). Drawing on experience of building my own portfolio of over 20 property investment deals in 6 countries, and on my background in large commercial deals and private finance projects, I established CPPI to offer sound property-based wealth creation to others. We work with specially selected local partners in Spain, to offer you the best
opportunities in each region. We are able source new developments, off-plan
bargains, re-sale properties and ‘distressed sales, which we can offer at significant discounts to market value.

for investment, ranging from the Adriatic Coast and Eastern Europe through

normally be between the client and the developer. Please refer to the

Referral Programme
Your referral client must provide your referral number at the time of
registering interest in a property deal. All referral fees will only
be paid out on successful completion of a referred client deal. In
accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, CPPI will not be able
to keep you fully updated as to the status of the purchase process
of your referred client – we will notify you on completion of
the deal.
